vworkspace and templates

Hi,

I have some questions about templates for vworkspace:

is there any possibility to create templates for virtual machines without scvmm?

can I use normal vhds as a template for a desktop cloud?

what is the easiest way to update the template (i.e. install new programs und use them in the desktop cloud)
