vWorkspace 7.5 two-factor in Web Access Site not working

Hello

I'm trying to configure two-factor authentication in the Web Access Site properties and vWorkspace 7.5.

I'm trying to connect to a Vasco Identikey radius server and have configured the following.

RADIUS (quest defender RSA ACE/Server, Secure Computing Remote Access).

Server - vasco server address

port 1812

secret key - the key

Unencrypted

password structure AD password/otp.

Couple of questions.

Does the Radius option support any radius servers or just those in brackets.

When loggiing in do you enter AD password/pass code as password123456 or do you have to put any spaces or / between them.

I'm having difficulty getting this wokring so want to double check I can do it before more deep troubleshooting.
