vWorkspace 7.2 error msg?
When I attempt to update the status of a vm (in scvmm).
I get this error "could not get virtual machine info from Virtualization Management server"
If I try to update the power state, I get this: any ideas.
No Events found!

Have you recently updated to 7.2?
If so, did you upgrade the broker helper service as well?

It's a new 7.2 install.

Hello,
On the SCVMM server, make sure you have the Broker helper service installed.
Then, edit the account that this service runs as to be the Admin account that you originally used to install SCVMM and restart the service.

Hello,
Please check the Account name with which you had created VM in SCVMM and Acount name in Computer Group in vWorkspace manging the VM are same. You may check it by Right click on Computer Group and navigate to Administrator Account.

Sorry for the late response.
I had spoken with Patrick Rouse on Sunday night & he was able to show me where I messed up.
Had to change the account name in vWorkspace services to the same one used for scvmm.
