Virtualization Host specific Counters show Unknown

Looking at some Hyper-V hosts in a 7.5 VWorkspace site that shows the counters for all items in each Hyper-V Hosts and for all hosts the conters for Provisioning and Total Load as being unknown.  I thought I came across a VWorkspace document that said a fix but I can't seem to find it again.  It would be great to be able to see a graphical display of the issues rather than an Unknown status.  The document I saw described the fix as a .Net 4.0 install but .Net is is installed by default of the install of the Role or it was to run Winrm quickconfig.  Would either of these be it or is there something else that anyone out there may have already solved.
