VDI Assasement Quest, I can not show anything on the Dashboard
Best to all,
I tried running the tool VDI Assasement, I downloaded the VM from VMware Workstation, convert it to vmdk, the workstation run with 7, it gives me a starting IP for the administration, I agree, I'm going to install the agent and installed in the local machine, the machine recognizes me, shows me an inventory of everything I have, I'm going to the VDI to see the performance of my machine, and nothing comes out, I left several hours if you had to collect information before displaying it, but no luck.
Could someone explain to me if not too much trouble, I'm doing wrong?
Comment that the testing and installation of the agent is in the same notebook.
The version I'm using is 2.0.
Thank you very much in advance, greetings.

The dashboard graphs require Adobe Flash to be installed.

Hi Jorge,
Thanks for using Quest VDI Assessment solution. i have a few questions.
when you first logon to the hub, it asks you to configure the HUB, you need to provide a static IP address.
Can you take a look at
https://youhubIP/vscenter/app/admin/im-config.htm and make the necessary changes?
the DNS name should either be the static IP of the Hub, or the hub's resolvable domain name.
once you confirm above dialog has the correct values, can you please save it and then download the agent package and install again? you only need to download the standard exe. Please remember to uninstall the previous installed agent first then do a clean re-install.
there is also a control panel applet that shows you what's the HUB the agent is talking to. once installed you should be able to see the machine inventory has the machines where you install the agent.
hope this helps
