Template? Profile Error?

I'm new to vWorkspace.  And I've created some Windows 7 VM's and whenever users connected to them the AERO is being turned off and IE is disappearing.  IE is still there only you have to dig down to the Program Files and kick of the executable from their for it to run.  I don't believe I have set up any Profile specific settings to hide the IE short cuts but not sure.  Everywhere I've looked I'm not seeing anything pointing to this.  When I log onto the VM with my ID which is what I used to set it up I see IE installed and everything.  Yet when I log on as a test account it is gone.  Any ideas?
