Starting applications "subscribed" possible?

I found several ways to launch an application which is hosted on a RD-server from a workstation using the app portal.

But now i want to launch an application which is installed locally on a Windows 7 client from within my Hosted desktop on the RD-server.

RES Workspace Manager has a feature called "subscribed application" to start the app on the local client from within the RD session. Does workspace manager provide such a feature? I can't really find it between the settings for managed applications.
