Restored websettings.xml not recognized in Management Console

When I restore a previous version of the websettings.xml for WebAccess in the folder config, vWorkspace Management Console does not recognize the replaced file.

(as noted in the manual or in the management Console when saving the configuration to the website.)

Restarted the iis admin & web server services or the server, but the settings of the old file are still displayed.

The website does uses the file, the settings are visible.

When I update the websettings through the Management console, the settings are overwritten.
