Remote Assistance with vWorkspace 8.0 MR1 on a Windows Server 2012 R2 with Windows 7 Enterprise VDI (RDP8)
We have a new VDI Environement with the newest Version of v Workspace 8.0 MR1 and actual Patches. The connection Broker and Hyper-V Hosts are running on Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard with actual Patches. The VDI Clients are set up with Windows 7 Enterprise and RDP8. Unfortunately we are not able to use Remote Assistance by the connection broker ?! We got the error Message :
The following error occured while shadowing session 2 on server ......
This function is not supported on this system. (120)
I have found the link : http://documents.software.dell.com/doc78042 or
http://documents.software.dell.com/DOC145926
But this article has no recommendation about Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard
Any help I would appreciate.
thx in advance

This question was missed at time of asking
I created a Blog article to allow 2012r2 to remote assist other 2012r2 servers.
However, it's not possible to use 2012r2 to remote assist a win7 server. It's simply not supported by MS and there isn't anything we can do.
If you can create a 2008r2 server to run the Management Console, you'll be able to remote assist Win7 VDIs from here.
