Problems accesing virtual usb hub from thinshell
Hi all! i'm having trouble with USB hub. From the thinshell console, when i click on the icon for virtual hub, it doesn't respond. The other icon for universal printing works without problems.
I had a similar issue using linux connector, i wasn't able to see the USB shares but after reinstalling the connector the problem solved.
In this case with thinshell i reinstalled, but i don't know what to check at the os level, do i have to see a service/process running?
Could it be miss-configuration of the thinshell file?
Hope someone can put some light on this...
Thanks!!!
Added: I found its a host pc related problem, the virtual usb process was missing, i will check its installed and get it working...i guess i was a little impatient and didn't check well...

Please, can you tell me the exact version that you are using? 32 or 64 bits?
I have a issue reported to SAT with vWorkspace Client 8.5 32 bits
Thanks,

Hello,
This can happen to you if you installed the vWorkspace Connector for Windows without Admin rights, in that case the USB redirector is not installed. The solution is to uninstall and install the connector with Admin rights.
The icon for USB in Thinshell simply calls c:\windows\system32\pnusbcli.cpl or c:\windows\syswo64\pnusbcli.cpl.
