Printer Paper Size Missing

Hello all

Got a randomish problem, using a toshiba printer with the latest drivers I could find from toshiba. I installed them onto the cloud machine and assigned the redirected printer to that driver instead of the generic quest print driver. it picks up the printer and the trays but its pulling all paper through as a letter size.

Any ideas on where to start?
