Powershell: Check Hash from Template VHD and Parent VHD's

We use cloud desktops and many HyperV servers. During the HyperDeploy we sometimes have issues because the parent vhd is not copied right. The filesize is OK, but we get strange errors on the VDI's.

We tackle this problem by checking the hash of the VHD files to make sure they are all OK.
