Performance issues when enabling graphics accelaration

My customer complaind about fuzzy graphics and slow graphical performance.

• Als keyboard strokes where very slow and you could sit back en watch your entered tekst apprear on the screen.
• When opening an application, you can see the screen being "build up" in blocks, like the old days
• Scrolling is slow on Internet Explorer for example.

When i connect directly to the RD server, without vWorkspace, the problem is gone. When connection using the AppPortal or webclient, the issues remain.

After disableling all the EOP functions and turning them on 1 by 1, we found that when enabling the graphics acceleration, the issues are present. When turning them off (in the .pit file) the problems are gone and it performes like a rocket.

Is this a known issue? It's kinds weird that enabling something to optimize, causes it to become worse.

All is running on vWorkspace 7.5
