Not able to connect through HTTP Proxy

Hello,

Recently we had implemented HTTP web proxy in our network which has stopped connection to vWorkspace VDI anymore. I tried manuplating 'Proxy Server' option in WEB-IT changed it to "Use default from the system internet settings" whereas my Internet Explorer have proxy setting set. But unfortunatly it dint worked.

Please guide me to if i am missing anything in this.
