NLA error message

Is there a workaround or fix for this vWorkspace Client error message:

When I try to connect via web access, I get the following:

"The remote computer requires Network Level Authentication, which your computer does not support. For assistance, contact your system administrator or technical support."

My desktop is W7 Ent x64 SP1.

NLA is turned off on the VDI machines.

Hello Femi,

Can you confirm the following on your VDI’s?

1.    On the remote VDI, right click on “Computer” and select “Properties”

2.    Click “Remote Settings”

3.    Ensure “Allow Connections from Computers running any version of Remote Desktop” is selected

If the above is already configured, can you please confirm the following?

1.    On the VDI under “HKLM\System\ControlSet001\Control\Terminal Server\WinStations\RDP-Tcp\UserAuthentication”

2.    When the above is set to “0” = No NLA

3.    When the above is set to “1” = NLA Enabled

No Events found!
