MacOS issues

I've got a few issues with the MacOS client and would appreciate any help.

Issue 1: The web client doesn't conncect - it downloads a .PIT file

Issue 2: The vWorkspace connector doesn't recognize .PIT filess

Issue 3: The Support documents on this issue claim that there is a way to install the App first to fix the file association. That doesn't work.

Issue 4: The other Support documents indicate that the .PIT file needs to be associated with the App Portal application within the App Portal folder. This doesn't exist after installing 7.5.

Is there a 7.6RC for MacOS?

It's possible that the Lion version of OS is not supported as it's not listed on the documents as a supported OS. This would seem to be a major oversight since it's the latest OS release.
