Limiting user Connections
I am running vWorkspace 8.0MR1. I am only serving up virtual desktops; no applications, etc. I have a set of users that need to connect to two vdesktops each. I have configured two Computer groups in which to deploy the two sets of vdesktops. How do I limit a user to two and only two desktops? They only need to access one desktop in each group. thanks.

Hello,
1. Right click on the computer group and select properties.
2. Click Client Assignment
3. Make sure this is set to "User"
4. Do the same on the other computer group.
This way, they will only be able to have a connection to 1 VDI in each computer group.
If you want to make sure they always get the same VDI from each computer group, in the same screen you can change the assignment type from Temporary to Persistent.
Thanks, Andrew
