Limiting the Visibility of Local Drive during a Remote Session

Need some advice on this. We are proposing RDSH to a BPO customer and one of their requirements is to ensure that all data is stored on a network filer. Hence, one of the thing that came up is we need to ensure that users does not see the local drive of the server as they click File --> Save As. Is there a way to configure this from the vWorkspace console? Thanks!
