Java Connector Error: Unable to launch the application

using java connector 7.6

i came across this problem and solution:

Workaround NR. 1 -disabling TLS 1.0 works - but requires end user interaction.

I dont understand Workaround Nr. 2  (its version 7.2)

Does it mean to simply provide Web Access via http instead of https? Or is there another way? provide the jar file via http?

Next Question: with 7.6 i have seen a black screen (fullscreen mode) on one client.

However:  the java client would be a secondary only for users that cannot install vasclient. I could provide a message about the TLS 1.0 thing and the screen resolution.
