iPad not working with version 7.6

Hello

I'm having trouble with using an iPad with vworkspace 7.6.  I've used it with 7.5 without problem but having built new servers in the production area with 7.6 they cant connect.  I've configured the app portal and ipad with exactly the same settings, the app portal on the pc works fine but the ipad shows the icons but when clicked it comes up with connection failure could not astablish a connection to the server.

Any ideas please.
