iPad Connector - Problem connecting to some Terminal Servers

Hi,

I've got a farm of 20 Terminal Servers but when I publish the Full Desktop session to iPad users, using the vWorkspace Connector, they only seem to be able to connect when I use a single specific Terminal Server. Now I've checked almost all the settings on the Terminal Servers, which were built with SCCM, so they should be identical, but cannot see anything. These are Windows 2003 R2 Enterprise TS servers.

When the iPad user presses the 'Desktop' application on their iPad you get the small timer/circle animation but nothing happens. Removing the 'faulty' Terminal Servers, so that only one is publishing the Desktop, resolves the issue and they can then connect.

Do you have any suggestions where I could/should be looking, or any logs there might be which might indicate the issue?

vWorkspace 7.2

Kindest regards,

Caleb

Hi Caleb,

Correct - it wasnt supported in 1.0 but it is now supported in 1.1.

Thanks

Are you using the v1.0 or v1.1 of iPad Connector?  Version 1.0 did have this problem.

Hi Caleb,

The ability to use applications published across multiple terminal servers is supported in version 1.1 of the iPad Connector, available for download now from the AppStore.

Hope this helps.

Thanks

Hi Keith/Marc,

So this was a known issue?

I'll ask one of our iPad users to test the new connector.

Thanks for the update.
