Hello,
From my Dos prompt I ran
net use LPT1 \\printserver\myprinter
I don't have your app so I ran the following dos command to test dos printing
print /D:LPT1 c:\mydoc.txt
This all worked fine.
Try this approach, it'll probably work for you too.

So, if you use a simple program like Notepad, does that print ok?
Also you didn't answer what type of redirection you're using.

Hello,
Have you turned on either Printer redirection option?
We can do normal printer redirection (Which will require a driver on the RDSH/Terminal Server) or EOP Printer Redirection which will use our Universal Printer Driver.
Have you tried either of these options?
Thanks, Andrew.

Hello Andrew,
Thanks for your reply. Actually Printer is redirecting to the Terminal Server, we are able to print using laser printer but through dot matix printer it's not working.
Is there any other setting or option need to be enable for the DMP?
Thanks

Notepad is printing correctly, If we open the document from the erp application and then print it on DPM then it works fine. but if we directly fire the print throuth the Print tab given in ERP then it's doesn't work and not giving any error.
we are using simple redirection which come using rpd. Pls see attached screen shot.
Just want to share that ERP application use DOS base printing to fire it directly on Printer. Does vWorkspace 8.0 support DOS base printing through published application.
Thanks
Avnish
Thank you.

If it's urgent you should raise a Support case.
Otherwise I'll probably get a chance to test this tomorrow.
