How can you keep track of load in your farm

How do all you guys keep track of the load on all your terminal servers / remote desktops hosts in your farm?

If i switch on logging on my brokers i get a big pile of logging that needs a lot of work before i can get a clear view of the figures i want. And that doesn't really tell me what i want to know. I want to be able to see directly what the effects are when i change the load balancing rules.

What i am looking for is something equivilant to QFARM /load.

Is there anybody out there who is able to create such a tool?
