Has anyone seen this error msg before?

Hello community.

I started experiencing a cryptic error msg while trying to connect to my virtual desktop.  Nothing changed in terms of configuration and I was able to connect previously.  Preliminary troubleshooting shows that I can authenticate but the .pit file doesn't load and I get this error msg instead.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so which area did you look to Troubleshoot.  Thanks in advance.

Hello Shannon,

This error can be seen when your connection broker is no longer able to communicate with the Quest Data Collector service on the VDI.

What version of PNtools have you installed on the VM's?

What is the reported status of this VM in the vWorkspace Console, is it showing as offline or other?

You can sometimes resolve this error by restarting the Data Collector service on the VM or you may want to upgrade to a later version of PNtools.

Thank you for the prompt response.  Dealing with Quest support we think the problem lies with PNtools as well.
