getting Error while Provisioning VDI on vMware using 7.5

Hello,

I am getting provisioning error while doing Rapid Provisioning using Linked clone on VMware ESXi 5.0 with vCenter 5.0 on vWorkspace 7.5

I dont understand the cause for this issue but let me explain what i am doing

i had created a Master image --> Joined it to Domain-->took snapshot of it.

Added vCenter to Management Console-->imported Datacenter-->created Computer Group-->Imported to Master Image-->Imported corrosponding Snapshot-->provided Instant Sysprep configuration--finished Wizard

as soon as wizard finishes , Vdi which get cloned in vcenter goes into suspended mode and get above error in Management Console.

i checked the events of the Hypervisor and found some intresting logs which might give more insight of it.

i need your assistance and guidence to resolve this issue..
