Flash Redirection Seamless IE issue

RDSh (2008 Ent x64 R2 SP1)

Client: win 7 ent x64 SP1

IE 8

When using IE on a full desktop session, Flash redirection works correctly and the browsing experience is fine. However, when using a seamless/published IE from the same session host, pages with Flash content fail to load correctly, have odd behavior, etc. Quite often I have to kill the IE process because the user can't manually close the active/effected tab.

Example sites, BBC.co.uk, Youtube.com.

Any ideas?
