Could not renew your license ...

We have recieved two license keys / strings which we have tried applying to the console. I have attached the error recieved trying to renew the license.

We also had a Quest consultant to remote into the server and copy from his license source (couple of licenses tried) as well without success.

Has anyone else experienced this issue?
