Can we stop users from disconnecting from their sessions.

We use vWorkspace to publish an app to an HTML page. When the app icon is clicked, and RDP session to a specific server is opened and it automatically runs a specific app. We have found that users are disconnecting from their sessions by closing the RDP/vWorkspace window and then trying to get back on which results in the window opening with just a blue background and nothing else. When then have to log onto the terminal server and run a "logoff" command to cancel their RDP session.

Are we able to configure user sessions so that when they go back in the session continues as normal?
