Best Practice for Outlook with Local PST/OST files
Dear all,
Good day to you! I'm working for a customer who is migrating into vWorkspace. One of the things that might be an issue would be the Outlook with local PST/OST files. Generally, what is the recommendation for these as I did some research online and most of them are pointing to the impact that the storage would get. Should we still consider non-persistent desktop or that's not an option at all? What's your suggestions on this? Thanks!
Regards,
Cyril

It depends. If Exchange Server is 2007 or greater, I usually configure outlook account without cached mode and no impact on storage.

Noted, thanks! Did some research on this, and all are pointing towards online mode on outlook client. The cons is that its going to be taxing for the exchange server.
