Auto Configure AppPortal and then auto configure Domain

We are just rolling vWorkspace out, having recently purchased it.  I was wondering if the following was possible in some way.

Can you customise the applicaiton to include the location of an xml file so it can then download it and autoconfigure it so the end user doesnt have to.  If not can you build a package that includes the client and then includes the auto conifugraiton through a command line or something.

Once they down and have it installed, can you then customise it further to automaticly populate the domain.

These features would make deployment really easy.
