AppPortal v7.2 slow

Hi all,

This is my first post so go easy on me!

I have 3 users using the AppPortal 7.2 client who's experience is grueling to say the best. I have them using RDP for now which performs without issue. The 4th person we have using vWorkspace is having no issue at all. I have checked settings, logs, and cannot find WHY these 3 people are having issues and the 4th is not.

To top it off our maintenance contract expired so I'm out of luck getting 7.2 MR1.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I can sort this out?
