A few things that I appear to be missing?
Nice tool, realise it's OEM'd but some things I feel could be improved.
- Whilst the assessment tool can pick up the avg CPU %, this doesn't really help much, I have some machines with old processors that are running as BAD because they are > 45%cpu and other machines reporting fine because they <5%, however in all fairness, because of the age difference the machine that isreported as bad is probably doing less work than the one reported as good.
- Even something as rudimentary as MHz used would be better, though taking account of the CPU family would be even better.
- I also have machines with dual monitors, the assessment tool is reporting all my computers as single monitors.
- Network latency, only allows you to specify IP address. At this stage I don't have any specifically defined but wish to find latency between the agent and the hub (through the internet) so I can determine VDI suitability for people on the road, do I need to open ports or will 5501 suffice
- Any information on this in the manual would be handy as it seems to have been completely brushed over.

- The control panel tells you when the last update was, but only in the current instance of the service starting, so basically if I restart the computer and it fails to connect, I simply get told that it never has, when in fact it may have done.
Cheers, all in all I'm hoping this can become a very useful tool
