Windows Hello Fingerprint Scanner crashes on My Dell Vostro 14-5410

I'm very disappointed with the Windows Hello Fingerprint feature which always has problems on my Dell Vostro 14-5410 Laptop. Many times my fingerprint reader crashes with a warning saying "We could not find a fingerprint scanner compatible with windows hello fingerprint". And now, it's been 3 weeks I can no longer use the fingerprint scanner on my laptop. I have to login using PIN/Password instead of using Fingerprint. This is very frustrating for me because there is no way on the Internet to fix this problem. This fingerprint scanner problem always occurs whenever I update Windows in Windows settings, or update drivers in the Dell Support Assist application. Why don't you make the Windows Hello Fingerprint Scanner work like on a SmartPhone (Android or Old iPhone) that never has a problem and is always reliable. Always works without crashing "We Couldn't Find a Fingerprint Scanner Compatible with your device".
