Why Dell Vostro 5410 shutdown suddenly and we have to wait 3 days to reopen?

I bought a Dell Vostro 5410 from August, 30, 2021. Because the laptop is quite hot, I installed SpeedFan to see the temperature of the machine suddenly shutting down. I contacted a Dell supporter, but I have to wait 3 days to reopen it. On 03/9/2021, after using it for 1 hour, it crashed again because the supporter said that the laptop has not updated the manufacturer's BIOS. Then, 3 days later, I reopened and reinstalled BIOS, updated all software. But when I plug in the USB fan, the machine crashes again.

THANKS FOR DELL'S SUPPORT! 
I received detailed adivice for my problem from Dell support in Vietnam. Many thanks to Mr. Trung.
May I close this topic as a solution?
If anyone in this Dell community has a problem with temperature, these ideas are helpful:


1. What software/applications can be used to monitor the temperature of the computer?
You can CPU-Z or Core-Temp. The normal temperature is 50-60 Celcius. DON'T install Speedfan

2. Can I use the USB port of Dell Vostro 5410 to plug in the cooling fan? If yes, can you advise which company is good (Cool Master...)?
Ok, you can use Cool Master or Bamba. It is dangerous when you use USB fan DC>5V

3. Is there any way to open the machine when there is a sudden power failure faster because waiting 3 days is too long and dangerous when needing to get data?
You should leave it, and call Dell to support the warranty, they will support replacing the fan, heatsink, and mobo if necessary.

Thank you. I called the Dell services in Vietnam, they told me about some ways to open my laptop. However, I still need to wait 3 days to reopen the laptop. Currently, my laptop is ok and I'm not sure the problem can happen again.

Do you mean you got it on August 30, 2021?

On 03/9/2021, after using it for 1 hour, it crashed again because the supporter said that the laptop has not updated the manufacturer's BIOS.

How can you say on 03/9/21 etc. which is March this happen when you got the computer in August?

The laptop is running. Currently, I don't install any new application, which shows the laptop's temperature. I also don't use any USB fan. Therefore, there are no suddenly stop. 

I just want to ask "Why we have to wait three days to reopen a Dell laptop" because it is terrible when I need my data. But I'm not sure about the answer in this topic.

I'm sorry when I used two types of date format. But as you read, I bought this laptop on 30/8/2021. Three days later is 03/9/2021.

Is this your support or Dell support for this problem?

The most important thing is your support not is grammar. This is not English class,
