Which RAM MHz upgrade for Vostro 15 3510?
Hello.
I'm not sure which RAM upgrade to get for a Vostro 15 3510 with 11th
Generation Intel® Core™ i5-1135G7 and Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics: DDR4
2666MHz or 3200MHz?
According to the specifications, for that laptop model with integrated
graphics RAM runs at 2666MHz (if I understood correctly!). Therefore,
if I buy 3200MHz RAM it would work, but at 2666MHz max. In that case,
I could buy 2666MHz RAM and it would work OK too.
How should I proceed?
Thanks.

You are correct. With integrated graphics your RAM will run at 2666 so if you do purchase 3200 RAM it will run at 2666. I would also suggest Crucial for your RAM as they make the most compatible. And Crucial here sells only 3200 RAM knowing, I assume, that it will run at 2666 or 3200 depending on your graphics.

Thanks!
Yes, in fact, Dell memory upgrades for Vostro 15 3510 are also
3200MHz.
Can I mix up the original 2666MHz RAM in the system with a Crucial
3200MHz RAM?

I would not suggest that. Dell systems are picky enough without throwing another variable into the mix. It may work but if not Crucial will refund or exchange RAM that is not compatible. The other option is replace the original RAM as well with a Crucial kit.
