When the PC is started with Wake on AC, the built-in NIC is not recognized.

When the PC is started with Wake on AC, the built-in NIC is not recognized and Internet access is not available. If the PC is booted up with the power button instead of Wake on AC, the built-in NIC is recognized and the Internet can be used.
How can I make sure that the built-in NIC is recognized and connected to the Internet even when the PC is booted with Wake on AC?

There are differences in NIC recognition depending on the power-on method, as shown below.
I assume that the difference in the boot process between Wake on AC and other boot methods is the cause of the NIC not being recognized.
(1) Boot with Wake on AC → NIC not recognized
(2) Boot with the power button → NIC is recognized
(3) Boot with the cover open → NIC is recognized
