Weird ' key function

Question

Hi! So I have this problem when I press the ' key, it only appears after I press another key. and if i press it and press a specific key like a, it turns to 'á'. How do I fix this?

Per Dell-Cares the resolution was this:

"This is happening due to the input language selected for the keyboard.

In the Windows run box (press Windows+R to open this) type control intl.cpl or control international and then press enter.

Click the "Keyboards and Languages" tab
Click "Change Keyboards..."
At this point make sure you are using "English (United States)"- US Keyboard as the default input language. "

This resolved the issue. Please note if you need a different default language/layout you can change it here too.
