Webcam in Vostro 3501 is erratic

Hi, 

My Vostro3501 suddenly started showing error of unable to detect hardware but listed under device manager and installed drivers automatically on restart. Eventually with no solution, as recommended by a support representative, I upgraded to Win11 to solve the issue. The issue was fixed with upgrade to Win11. 

After a few days, now again I seem to get the same error that the hardware is not detected. When I restart my computer then the camera works perfectly. But there is a lot of flickering that occurs during GoogleMeet and then gives error of hardware not found. 

I have flashed bios and updated chipset drivers but this problem is persistent. Has anyone experienced this problem before?
