Vostro7620 HDMI 2.0 port using 4K @60Hz

Is there any update since June 15, 2023 on the ability to use this port as described at

‎Vostro 7620 - HDMI 2.0 port not working up to 4K@60Hz | DELL Technologies in the Dell Community that was closed but not resolved?

I have an opportunity to attach to this port and need this capability that was stated as doable at time of purchase.
