Does anyone know the manufacturer / model? I can't find anything in the FAQ. Nothing in the Service Manal or Specs documentation. Dell Product ID is: OHRNCW, but I can't find anything about it either.

The Dell part number of the board is on the board itself, usually near the memory sockets. It will start with CN...
Other than the system model, there isn't going to be documentation other than what you'll find here -- the board is a custom one made by the company (Compal Electronics) which made the system for Dell.
