Vostro 5620, black line appears on half of the screen
I bought a Dell Vostro 5620 on September 26, 2022. On October 8, 2022 a black line appears on half of the LCD. I tried to communicate to Technical Support. They all are saying 1 line "WAIT FOR 24-48 HOURS we will provide solutions.". And still my issue was not resolved.

You did not purchase this Vostro 5620 directly from Dell. You purchased it from Supertron Electrics India. So you cannot get a refund through Dell. This Vostro 5620 shipped from Dell to Supertron Electrics India on June 13, 2022 with a 15 month retail warranty. This case is being handled by the regional exchange team.
