Vostro 546 TPM Not detected

Hello,

Im using Dell Vostro 5468 with windows 10 22H2 with all updates (OS and HW) and after BIOS update I have alert on every start, Alert, TPM device not detected. As I saw on this forum, some users posted that downgrade BIOS will fix this. Now Im on 1.20.0, also tried to downgrade it to 1.19, 1.18, 1.17 but it doesnt help. In BIOS i cant see option to enable/disable TPM or PPT. Please, how to solve this ?
