Vostro 5415, freezes after green screen
Vostro 5415
I bought Dell Vostro 5415 around September 2021 and using it since then. So my issue is that it sometimes freezes after green screen or flickering. Sometimes the display went black and keyboard lights on. I have run diagnostic test and it passes them and not sure what's wrong? Can anybody help me out? I have updated everything.

All PC's must be registered with us before Dell Support can engage.
Once finished with the registration process, click the "Get help now" icon on the right. Share with them the private computer Service Tag.
Run the pre-Windows ePSA diagnostics ePSA diagnostics to check for any hardware failures
* Turn the Laptop off
* Connect the external power adapter to the Laptop
* Turn the Laptop on and press F12
* Highlight Diagnostics and press Enter
* Click No when prompted for the extended memory test
Run the LCD BIST (Built-in Self Test)
