Vostro 3681 PC cannot able find bootable partition on NvME SSD containing Windows 10 operating system

Hello to the community!
I recently purchased a Vostro 3681 PC without an operating system. The PC had a 256 GB NvME SSD in the M.2 slot. I removed it and replaced it with a 500 GB Samsung 970 EVO NvME SSD that previously worked in my ASUS D640SA. I wanted to set the PC to boot from it in the UEFI, but unfortunately it couldn't find a bootable partition. I put the 970EVO back in the ASUS and it worked without a problem. I updated the firmware to the latest version, but that didn't solve the problem. I read dozens of posts on the subject for other PCs and laptops, but despite trying several methods that others had success with, nothing helped. Now I'm at a loss as to how to get the Vostro to boot from the Windows partition. (According to the company's helpdesk, ASUS D640SA cannot be updated to Windows 11 due to a lack of drivers. That is the reason why I bought the Vostro and want to use my 970 EVO in it.)
I kindly ask you, help me please!

You can't move a UEFI bootable drive from one system to another of a different model.  At minimum you need to edit the boot table -- and even that's no guarantee.  Plan on needing to reload the OS from bare metal.

@ejn63

Thanks for your reply! This boot table thing sounds a bit weird, but I respect your opinion. I didn't think that this issue is so complicated
I have digital license, so I don't know, how it is possible to reload the OS from bare metal, unless I buy a new one.

The system will activate against Microsoft's database once you've installed Windows.
