Vostro 3530 (VKX9W) - USB-C with PD and DP
I have a question, if Dell Vostro 3530 (partno VKX9W) has USB-C connector with PowerDelivery and DisplayPort support. I want to connect this laptop to LCD Dell P2425HE with integrated docking station with one USB-C cable and use all functions of the docking station - charging, sending video to lcd, LAN communication etc.

Plastic chassis = no.
Aluminum chassis with discrete GPU, yes.

what Docking station can work with:
dell vostro 3530 V3530-7004 / V3530-7013 / VM-RD09-14382 / VM-RD33-15112
I there is USV-C connection but plastic carbon cover, no seperate GPU.
and how to give permissions to the docking?

A standard USB-C dock should work. It will not support video out though.

so you say that the only way to connect a screen to this PC is direct HDMI connection to the laptop and it is limited to 1 screen??

That may work, subject to the performance limits of the system, which aren't high (meaning don't expect to run a high resolution external monitor in decent fashion).
