Vostro 3520, The light by my charging port is blinking oddly.

Question

It blinks white in a quick sequence 4 times, pauses(so no light) for a bit, blinks orange, waits a bit, and starts doing it again. This is done at any time of day randomly, charging or not. Just started or not. It used to be while on power only. But now it's whenever.

Also, my computer is overall laggyer and slower than it was a few months ago. What does this mean?

Also if I end up having to fix it anyone know a trustable Nepal repair shop?

4,1 means a bad battery.

If it still works OK and isn't swollen, it's OK for now.  If it is not running the system long enough and particularly if it starts to swell, replace it as needed in the first case and immediately in the second.
