Vostro 3520, request for warranty coverage
<Your private information was removed from public view. Moved out of Inspiron Laptops and into Vostro Laptops. DELL-Admin>
Dear Dell Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the recent decline of my warranty request for my Dell Vostro 3520, which is currently under active warranty coverage. The reason provided was that the part in question was burnt. However, I would like to clarify that the damage appears to be internal, and there has been no misuse or external cause from my end.
An internal component failure such as a part burning within the device should reasonably be considered a manufacturing defect or hardware malfunction, which falls under the scope of Dell’s warranty policy. As a customer, I have handled the device with care and the failure of internal components is not due to any negligence or damage caused by me.
I respectfully urge Dell to reconsider this decision and approve the repair or replacement of the affected part under warranty. I believe this decision is unjust and does not reflect the commitment Dell has to its customers.
I look forward to your prompt response and a fair resolution.
Thank you for your attention.
Sincerely,
Shoyeb
