Vostro 3501, defective motherboard

I am very disappointed with the Dell. I purchased the Inspiron 3593 10Gi3 4GBN 1TB in month of December 2020 and within 2 weeks it started malfunctioning. I got in touch with Dell and they said there is defect in product and we would replace with a new laptop and that would be defect free and they insisted to take  Dell Vostro 3501. I accepted the laptop. 6 months later the motherboard got defective. Is the life cycle of your laptop only 6 months? I should have refused to get the repair done at that time only. Now again the motherboard is defective but my extended warranty is with Croma/ onsite go. The laptop is not getting on and onsite go says take backup of laptop and we will not be responsible for any loss of data. What is this nonsense. I have completely lost faith and respect for your brand and people should think before purchasing your product in spite of number of emails to your Dell /onsite go representatives they are turning deaf ear to all this. What is my fault? Onsite go complaint no has been done one week ago and they have closed complaint.

Regards

Dr Pawan
