Vostro 3500 shuts down when lid is closed
My laptop is dell vostro 3500 purchased on dec 2021. For last two days, when I close my lid, laptop shuts down automatically. I had checked the power options and I changed the settings to do nothing. But then also, the laptop shuts down, and I can't able to close the lid when my lap kept idle. So any solutions? please!
