Vostro 3500 Bluetooth not working

Good Day

I bought a Vostro 3500 serie laptop everything worked fine for a week, yesterday all of a suddan the bluetooth stop working and I cannot find the device anywhere, it is as if it does not have a blootooth device in any more?

How do I fix this, I need it to work?

The same problem! Also have Vostro 3500 with Ubuntu 20.04 around year. Week ago Bluetooth stop working. Looks like it is some update, but have no idea what cause this

Just shutdown the system
unplug every connected Cable like power, HDMI, CAT5.E, even Keyboard & Mouse USB
some seconds later, plug it again
